Stone's Big Boy Room!

Well we made the big switch. I always thought I would wait until Stone was climbing out of the crib, but I honestly do not think that would have ever happened. Stone LOVES his crib, its really the only thing he has ever slept in with the exception of pack n play's in hotels on trips. So we decided to make the today the day and wanted to include Stone every step of the way. He was able to see that it was his crib that was becoming his big boy bed. He helped take it apart, put it together, and make the bed.

Then as soon as the room was complete he was ready for his first nap, which happened to be a 3 hour nap. SUCCESS, I should have known, Stone has been such an adaptable child. Change is no big deal to him! Once again I am reminded of how lucky and blessed we are for this little man!

Mommy and Stone swim time

You all might start getting tired of seeing swimming pictures. But this is our life for the rest of the summer. After all the work and money that has been put into this, we need to use it ALOT. This is our summer vacation, our family outings/activities, and where we will be spending all our spare time until it is too cold to do so anymore.

Today the water was probably one of the warmest days so far. So Stone was loving it! Jumping in from the sides, swimming all around. Sorry I cannot include more pictures, there has to be some law that makes it illegal to post pictures of a 5 month pregnant woman in a bathing suit, right? It is NOT PRETTY people, thank goodness for our new privacy fence!!!

An apple before dinner

Stone was begging us for a pre dinner snack. He kept asking for an apple so we finally caved and let him eat it. He ate part of it, then sat it beside his plate and finished it after dinner.
