Stone's first Easter Egg hunt!

We went to brunch at Uncle Gary and Aunt Sandi's today. Stone "participated" in the easter egg hunt as much as he could since he is still not walking. Daddy and Uncle Blake helped him out and he came in with a basket full.

Easter Bunny time!!!

Well, after Stone's busy day, we had to remember to sit out his easter basket in hopes that the Easter Bunny would hop into our house. Sure enough, Stone was greeted to a filled easter basket. Some of the goodies this year included a chicken dance chicken, pajamas, bubbles, and easter eggs filled with money for his piggy bank!

What????

Stone apparently thinks it is too much trouble to reach into the bag and grab the goldfish crackers. Oh well, I should just be happy he is eating right???

Stone's Birthday Party

We had his birthday party at Kick's. It ended up being a big mess, and we did not have a room reserved but Stone still had a good time and that is all that mattered. We decided to make it a puppy theme, since everything is a dog to him. He received so many neat gifts, everyone was so thoughtful! He was a little clingy to mommy, still not feeling a 100% from the RSV.

Thanks to everyone for coming and bearing with our crazy party mixup. We are so happy you all were there to celebrate with our little man.

Oh and my camera lense got something on it, so that is why all the pictures are so blurry. Sorry!

One Year Pics

Yes, I am still in shock that my baby is a year old. It is exciting and a little sad at the same time. Stone has been such a joy to Mike and I, we could not have asked for a better baby. Hopefully he is having as much fun as we are!

Oh and if you are thinking that we have forgot to give you pictures. We have not. I am just running a little behind in the distribution!

Texas Playdate #2

Today we got together with S and A and M and A (more friends from my mommy board). These babies are so sweet and just as cute in person as online. I really enjoyed getting to hang out with these girls as well. Oh and it gave Mike a chance to see that these girls are completely normal and sweet. Now he is always asking for updates and seeing how they are doing. S has a beautiful home and we thank you so much for allowing us to stop by and visit for a while.

I wish I had the pictures that M and S got. They captured much better pictures than me.

A Texas Playdate!

We got together with C & S (friends from my mommy board) for an afternoon. Stone had so much fun and actually played nice. It was so nice to finally meet them. S. is an absolute doll, could not be any cuter and C. is so sweet. Stone and I only wish we lived closer and could do this more often.

Texas trip part II

Second stop we made was to downtown San Antonio. Of course we went on St. Pattys day, so the river was dyed green. We also visited the Alamo. Mommy was not feeling to well. Apparently they have a high cedar dust in Texas and Mommy is really allergic to cedar. She was not much fun, but daddy made sure Stone got to see everything!

Texas Vacation part I

Well, we survived our trip down to Texas. The first stop of our vacation was Sea World, San Antonio. We were hesitant to pay that much for admission, with Stone being so little, but we did it anyway. To see the pure excitement he got from watching the Shamu show was soooo worth the money. I have never seen my baby that interested in anything before. He was pointing, clapping, bright eyed, and jumping up and down the entire time. The people sitting around him got as big of kick out of watching him as they did the whale show.

How old is Stone going to be????

That has been the big question at our house lately. We have been working on holding up one finger when we ask him this. The other day he finally "got" it.

A little roadtrip!

We went to visit Mike's friends in Indiana this weekend. It allowed us to test the waters, and see how our big road trip to texas was going to go. Stone did great! He loved their 2 little boys and their giant dog!
