Stone's night out
Aunt Lindsey was apparently having Stone withdrawals so she called and asked if she could have him for a couple of hours. Mommy and Daddy was actually able to eat dinner in peace! So Aunt Lindsey and Stone went over to Lindsey's boyfriend Marks house and hung out with him and his daughter Adriana. They watched the Cubs game and supposedly Stone is a big Cubs fan!

We have a roller!
The day before Stone turned 5 months he started rolling over. We were at Grandma and Grandpas and he flipped himself over like he has done it a thousand times. It was a very exciting morning. Check out the video. He is very proud of himself.

A Glimpse into our mornings....
Stone and I have really got into a certain morning routine that works well for both of us. I usually wake him up at 6:30 or 7:00, feed him cereal and then his bottle, play a little, and then I have to get into the shower. Stone loves this time that he gets to lay in his crib and watch his mobile. He will just talk and laugh the entire time!

Stone the Handyman!!!
Babyfood Makin' Mama
I have made the decision to make my own babyfood for Stone. I have really researched the idea and read some books studying techniques and recipes. Well, as Stone's 5th month is quickly approaching, I decided it was time to get cookin. Per doctor's orders I am starting with green veggies. Clockwise from the top is green beans, zucchini, and sweet peas. Hope he likes them! The running joke with Mike is that I will cook for Stone, but he will still have to order take out for us :)

Stone's 1st Motocross National
Stone took in his 1st motocross national. He got to see Ricky Carmichael race his final race of his career and win. Not that we care, we are Jeremy Mcgrath fans!!!! He really enjoyed himself except when mommy was loading on the sunscreen. But it is a must in 80 degree weather for 12 hours! The worst part was getting out of the track to 2 hours.

Welcome to Minnesota!
Stone took to traveling really well today! He did so good in his carseat for 7.5 hours. Then we got to the hotel and he loved the bed. He still slept in his pack n play, but we let him fall asleep with us in the bed and then put him in there. It is Mommy's 31st birthday and I just feel so lucky to have this little guy with me to celebrate. He is the best present ever!

Fair time!!!
We took Stone to the Illinois State Fair parade and then on into the fair. He really enjoyed it until the semi's decided to lay on the horn. Then he lost it! We met Stephen, Jennifer, Cory, and Preston at the fair and it made me realize that I cannot wait until Stone is old enough to really get excited about that stuff.

Our first Baby Sick Day!
Stone has been super fussy the last two days. Just not himself! Well, this morning he threw up the entire bottle he took and is not interested in eating, only fussing. He wants Mommy to be up and walking all the time! If this last any longer, I will be walking off all my pregnancy pounds!!!!
He did help me put away the laundry this morning. Well, as you can see from the pics, I should say that he watched me to the laundry this morning.

Ooh, I have toes!
Oatmeal is a no-go!!!!
Well, we tried switching from rice cereal to oatmeal today. Both mealtimes were complete failures. Everything I put in his mouth, came right back out. His facial expressions and noises said it all, "I do not like oatmeal"
